Statistics: Russia’s car output slides by 72% in March

MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- Russia’s car output decreased by 72.1% on the year and 62.2% on the month to 40,900 vehicles in March, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.

The truck output decreased 19.8% on the year and 19.3% on the month to 14,130. Light bus output decreased 23.3% on the year and 16.3% on the month to 1,130. Bus output decreased 9% on the year and 25.2% on the month to 951.
